SeniorPro specializes in senior citizen and elderly HUD properties and Tax Credit portfolios as well as other Non-Profit and For Profit senior housing communities. Our long history in both the senior housing and insurance fields has enabled us to tailor our insurance products to meet the unique needs of this market.

Commercial General Liability: 

*Comprehensive liability coverage for both non-profit and for profit properties. We write GL on an occurrence basis on ISO forms and offer limits of $1 million/$2 million.

Habitational Property: SeniorPro Insurance offers a comprehensive property program. Including coastal areas

Umbrella: Umbrella coverage is offered with limits of $5,000,000; $10,000,000; and $25,000,000 available.

Others: Employee Benefits Liability; D&O, Workers compensation; Hired and Non-Owned Auto; Crime and Inland Marine Coverages are also available.

All SeniorPro products are written with carriers rated “A” (Excellent) or better by A.M. Best Company.
